All Concerned,

My husband Richard and I think this is a good idea and we have done this before, but it was our resort that rented-out our unit for us because they are always sold-out during our assigned week. Our resort no longer offers a rental program for their owners because they have just finished an addition(Phase II) and broke ground on Phase III. Obviously, they're renting-out or selling their own units in this new section before they even consider renting-out someone else's' timeshare, so we are seeking an alternative.

So far, Richard and I like what we see here and have scheduled a call for Saturday, so we can both speak with a Representative. Our goal is to cover our annual maintenance fees and we have 2 units for this week-- one we use every year and one we have and hope to rent-out.
