Smile Selling your Hawaii timeshare through Timeshare Adventures!

Hello miss_thing,

Thank you for visiting our site and participating in our forum. As you noticed, Timeshare Adventures targets BUYERS and not sellers exclusively like some other timeshare marketing companies. Timeshare Adventures offers a marketing program unlike any other timeshare resale company. This is our PLATINUM AD LISTING - NO CLOSING COSTS, which includes an attorney prepared closing and the elimination of the closing costs for both BUYER & SELLER! This makes Timeshare Adventures the buyers first choice, gives our sellers sincere value and creates a seamless closing process. So, unlike our competitors, we not only advertise our AD LISTINGS globally via the world wide web and numerous other methods through our diverse and targeted ADVERTISING NETWORK, but we also screen our clients calls, have BUYER FINANCING resources available and an attorney prepared closing all bundled into our PLATINUM AD LISTING marketing program.

Also, we publish a lot of verifiable information and statistics on our website in order to give our potential sellers confidence in our ability to effectively reach the timeshare buying or renting audience and actually prove that our efforts deliver. No other timeshare resale company publishes this information.

RECENT TIMESHARE SALES AND RENTAL HISTORY

Regarding the last part of your forum post. Hawaiian timeshare ownership is very highly requested and the resort you mention, now known as 'Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort' is quite popular and it is a point-based ownership that enables the owner to use the ownership at any Wyndham location and I'm told that with Wyndham ownership that is deeded in Hawaii, an owner get the use of the Outrigger Resorts in the south Pacific Islands, and Australia. Plus, unless your Wyndham ownership is deeded in Hawaii(or you have a very large amount of Wyndham VIP points) it can be a bit difficult to get a reservation there without being put on a waiting list and it's usually the same when exchanging for Hawaii through RCI.
