Hello, I listed two 154,000 Fairfield aka Wyndham timeshares with Timeshare Adventures and I have been able to get one sold and I am awaiting another reasonable offer for the other. Both timeshares were deeded at Daytona Beach, one odd-year, one even-year, both 154,000 points, so basically identical timeshares. The first sold within a couple months and we're going on 4 months for the second. The timeshare is unpredictable and I know this, but since this company was successful in brining me a buyer for one, I have to believe they will do the same with the second. The first was a very smooth transaction from start to finish and I offered a very good price, so I would advise the same to any potential seller.
