Smile Sold My Manhattan Club Timeshare Here

twistedtaste,

I used Timeshare Adventures to sell my Manhattan Club timeshare, so for me and the timeshare I owned this company worked. I too had been with another company that had telemarketed me, promised fast results("buyers waiting and ready") and they told me to price my timeshare way too high(compared to what I actually got for it here) and I never heard from them again. The people here presented me with a logical reasons why this telemarketing company was useless and how their program worked, so I nervously gave it another shot. Fortunately, it worked! I made no profit from the sale of the timeshare, but I did get what I paid for it. I bought the Manhattan Club timeshare from a relative, so I'm pretty sure I got a good price, so I asked for slightly more than what I paid and mentioned in my ad that I would be willing to negotiate. I now know that the Manhattan Club is a very popular timeshare, so this definitely helped, but in my opinion the realistic advice I got from the people at Timeshare Adventures also contributed to me being able to sell. This all happened about a year and a half ago, and there have been some changes to their website since I employed their service(the lists tsa_staff has in his/her post were not here then) and this would have helped win me over if they had these lists of sales and offers(maybe I just missed them or wasn't told about them).

That's my story....good luck!
