Selling Timeshare Question
I've got 2 timeshares I want to sell. Both are deeded at the same location, but one is for odd years and the other is even years. Both are 2 bedroom units.
I've heard and would think that the deeds can be combined to one annual deed and sold as one annual ownership. Is this possible? Or would it be better to sell each independently as one even and one odd?
