Thumbs up Selling Or Buying Timeshare & Combining Deeds

I confirmed everything today with our attorney and YES, two biennial timeshare deeds can be combined to a single annual deed in the situation you presented. Even if the timeshare usage weeks are different, the deeds can still be combined if the other criteria is the same. That is, if the timeshare deeds are for the same resort and unit size, there is no problem in combining them.

I hope this helps and thank-you for visiting the Timeshare Adventures 'Forum' and please feel welcome to inquire further or express yourself in regard to any timeshare related or resort/vacation related topic.
