Default time to sell my timeshare in orlando

hi, my friend and I bought a timeshare a few years ago from a company like this and the timeshare is in Orlando, Florida. I called several companies and found out that I would have to pay a fee to advertise my timeshare for sale and was wondering about the cost of closing and the steps required to move the timeshare out of our names and into the buyers name when it sells. I did not realize it when we bought it that the seller paid the company we went thru to advertise it, but now I know thats how it works. My friend and I paid a company to do the transfer of ownership when we bought it(like $400 I think) and I noticed that you guys have no closing costs on your timeshare ads. Can someone tell me how you do this and are Orlando timeshares selling well with all the real estate problems lately?
