i decided to sell my timeshare in orlando. i called to headquarter and have been told that i have to first send them a letter to buy out my timeshare for x amount of $$$. i don't know the value of the timeshare right now. anyone can tell me where can i find it. should i get the appraisal, just like the regular house?
