Hey Sykes, that's the whole reason I started using this company. I used them for rental services and then used the money from that to put it up for sale. If your in the same boat I was, the resort charged me a hight interest rate (17%) so the longer you keep it the further n2deep you go and you'll never recoup your money. Even if you take a 2k hit on the price, you'll save yourself even more in finance fees over the course of the next couple of years! Hope my personal experience is helpful!
