Hopefully you can help me out... but I guess the real answer is "it depends".
Anyway.. I have a timeshare in Florida... at the Fairfield in Destin.

I want to rent it out for the next two years, but don't know what to charge?
I could ask for my maintenance fee (about $500) and be happy to get my money back.
Or could I be a little greedy and ask for more?
If I ask for more... will I rent it out?
If I ask for less... will I leave money on the table?

Does the time of year, demand, supply, other factors effect the price of a rental? I'm sure they do... but want it the correct answer?
