I’m going to agree with that statement. But depending on where you got your unit or when you bought it is going to be the deciding factor on weather your unit turns a profit or not. For Example you bought in to Fairfield back in the late 80’s or early 90’s before they became point based and you transferred to points when it was switched over giving you a higher resale value on the points then what you paid in to the resort.
