Understanding Ownership and Rights
Agreed, 1950bing. One should alway check-out the ownership documents thoroughly before signing. Almost every agreement will have a recision period, which allows the new owner to "back-out" of the ownership agreement. The recision period may differ depending on where the deed/lease is recorded. More often than not, the sales-person at the resort will not mention this part and it is often buried deep in the "mountain" of paperwork a new owner is given when they buy.
At Timeshare Adventures the high pressure sales tactics are absent, so the buyer has time to read and understand what they are buying and they can choose from a large selection of properties with varying rights of usage. Potential buyers can even "test-drive" a particular ownership by renting a unit at a desired resort before deciding to buy!
