Hi Friends, yesterday we returned from a vacation in Palm Springs, California. We stayed in the Palm Canyon Resort in a non-smoking, double queen room with balcony overlooking the pool. The surrounding and décor reminded me of a little western village. The staff at the resort was very helpful and attentive to any need we had. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and reasonable too. Restaraunt manager attended to all our needs with great kindness, as did the waitresses. The chef was friendly, as was the bartender/waiter in the saloon. Room was very clean and well maintained. Pool was great to take a dip in after a long day on the trail as was the Jacuzzi. You can see the stars so beautifully from right outside your hotel balcony. Very quiet and great for a peaceful weekend getaway! You can't beat the price. My family and I will be returning very soon before this secret place is discovered!!
