Renting a points based system with Fairfield offers a lot of flexibility, and opens the rental market to it's fullest extent. Having multiple destinations and being able to visit any time of the year (minus any blackout dates) offers a very high success rate for vacation rentals. Traditional timeshares have a specific week and location that has to be visited the same time every year, which narrows your market down to someone looking strictly for that deeded week at that specific resort.
