Default A happy customer

I just returned from my 5 days vacation at the Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. The beauty of the Natural State is evident here in Hot Springs Village. What can I say, this place is amazing. The staff was so friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. I had read other reviews on this website and became a little skeptical, but I'm not really sure how anyone could complain about this resort! My only gripe was the bed - it was as hard as a board!! Probably I am used to my bed that too with my wife. Armando at a nearby Bar is the best bartender ever; he's the Tom Cruise of the Copacabana! The activities staff is wonderful and pretty entertaining. The staff works so hard every day, they are to be commended. We joked that the pool area is amazing. I was obsessed with it as it had many beautiful things.

It is supposed to be this romantic sunset cruise, but how can you be romantic with more than 50 other people surrounding you? If you want romance, stay in the resort or take a walk by the lake side. There were many restaurants onsite where we had a wonderful dinner. It's not part of the all inclusive, but so completely worth the price. There were many popular activities like: fishing, boating, swimming, tennis, and miniature golf, etc. I preferred to take a stroll when many people at the resort used to play golf. I also did not know that the #1 golf course in the state, Diamante, is here in Hot Springs Village. You see the same guests every day, so you make friends and hang out at night.

I would say that it was the wonderful experience ever. I must say that the staff at the resort is very helping and honest. They really love you as they would love themselves. Perhaps, that is why somebody said, “Love Thy Neighbor as you love yourself”. Remember, give a little respect, and get a lot of great service.
