Do not choose this resort. We exchanged into it just recently and it was the worst experience in the 15 years we have owned a time share. The place is dirty, very very old and the service by the staff is horrendous. The walls are so thin you can hear every action your neighbors are doing (use your imagination).It definately is not family orriented. You're better off to stay in a cheap motel, the ammenities would prove the same anyway.

You must of been in the really old section because when we stayed in the Fountains section we were very satisfied. We don't exchange but we do rent other units. That way we know exactly what were getting. The unit was clean and the service was good. Hopefully your visit was the exception and not the normal treatment. Did you contact a manager to report your frustrations?
