I own here and my kids love it. They have a full water park on the property, so when we need to relax a bit we can stay at the resort for the day knowing the kids will be very well entertained. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking to buy or rent!!!

Seensucker....Did your husband go with you on the tour before purchased or did you buy it on the timeshare resale market? Also, How long have you owned your timeshare and how much do the maintenace fees go up every year?

Yes mocean my maintenance fee continues to increase every year. It varies on how much exactly. Once there isn't a "Special Assessment" due to hurricane damage or some other cause of nature. I bought my property on the resale market and NOT from the resort directly.

The Liki Tiki Village in Winter Garden Florida is located a few miles away from the Walt Disney World Resort Entrance. This 64-Acre Gated Resort is Close to Orlando International Airport and has been rated a five star resort by Interval International.
