Safety Harbor Resort And Spa Annouces Timeshare Ownership
Quote:
“Located on Tampa Bay, Florida, the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa has announced plans to expand by incorporating vacation ownership into its existing mixed use environment. Initially built in the 1920’s, Safety Harbor Resort and Spa has served the west coast of Florida for decades and is the only natural spring spa in Florida. Under its new ownership, the Resort proudly boasts of its recent renovations of its 175 rooms, 50,000 square foot spa facility, and 35,000 square feet of convention and commercial space. With the ancillary amenities and existing clientele in place, a vacation ownership developer has a unique opportunity to align with the owners of the resort by building at least 75 timeshare or fractional units on the water. Brian Weaver of The Weaver Hospitality Group of Marcus & Millichap has been hired to attract the most suitable Vacation Ownership Developer to develop the timeshare parcel.”
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Company has a 35-year history of being the premier provider of investment real estate brokerage services and has 68 offices nationwide. Last year alone, Marcus & Millichap closed nearly $22 billion of investment transactions for private and institutional investors

U guys have some helpful information on your forum here. This exciting for me since I live in Tampa, I wonder if they will allow extra weekend benefits for local owners. I own a Silverleaf timeshare up north that gives incentive for owners that live close to the resort.
