Like many postings on this site, I find this one confusing, or inaccurate, or both.

The only Casa Del Mar I know of in Florida is in Ormond Beach, which is a long way from Longboat Key.

Multiple Timeshare Resorts have the name "Casa" or "Del Mar", it is easy to think of a different location that may have a similar title.
