Tropic Sun Towers (I & II) are not in Naples. They are in Ormond Beach, a far cry from Naples.

I believe the last review I wrote for TUG was for Tropic Sun Towers. We did not like it. The staff was those surly folks that frequent all the converted hotel timeshares of the Daytona area. Folks transplanted from the NE and go to work in timeshare resorts in that area after a week of training at the Don Rickles School of Hospitality.

The only friendly person was our housekeeper, transplanted from NYC to give her son a decent life. She showed us a recently remodeled unit, several of which were sitting empty while we were in a dumpy older unit.

Even the remodeled unit was cramped and cheap. They had even taken the old bi-fold closet doors like were falling off their hinges in our unit, repainted them, and put them back up.

You can put a coat of paint on ugly, but it just makes it ugly with a fresh coat of paint.

I suppose it woud be OK for bikers and car nuts!

Tropic Sun Towers in Ormond Beach is a good choice when it comes to vacationing in Eastern Florida. The resort offers great views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the beach is ideal for a calm morning walk. The resort features onsite amenities like laundry facilities, exercise room, elevator, kitchen, air-conditioning, and microwave. The resort also has facilities like whirlpool, spa, hot tub, and sauna for you to just sit back, relax, and unwind.

Nearby the resort, you can try out tennis, golf, horseback riding, boating, biking, and fishing. The Daytona Beach offers lots of boating activities and water sports. All these facilities are available at a distance of around 10 miles from the resort. The resort also offers bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for a nominal fee. There are some nice restaurants where you can try the local and other favorite cuisines. You can go shopping and also enjoy some nice live entertainment available nearby. There is a grocery store available, should you need anything. The resort would be ideal for a calm and enjoyable vacation.
