There is on-going construction of new buildings on site; some noise and dust will result from the work. Grandview Resort is located adjacent to the South Coast Casino.

The Grandview at Las Vegas is a great resort complex; enough to make your dream of a complete Las Vegas vacation come true. Ideally located with easy access to the city center, one can find a complete range of amenities on site coupled with some great service, in the place.

The elegant rooms come with a full kitchen. One can find literally everything from a refrigerator to a microwave, to a coffee maker in the units. With every possible amenity from a Jacuzzis to ironing boards, cable TV and in–room movies, some of you will not feel like going out! All the rooms in the resort are fully air conditioned. Every minute detail has been taken care of here. For instance, one can find sound proof windows here, letting you enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Try a lap or two in the pools. Or try out the fitness center where you can sweat out the excess flab. The onsite restaurant serves you every kind of delicacy under the sun. A quiet meal followed by a stroll around the sprawling space, soaking in all the views, is a great way to spend a day here. Kids too have plenty to do here. They could be found swarming the playground and games room areas. The activities center is always buzzing with some activity or other, for guests to have the time of their life.

This resort is very nice, but didn't know it was a timeshare. My grandparents gave us the use of it for a week during this summer vacation. Managed to gamble, see some shows and site seeing. Good service and pleasant decor.

Good time, expectations met, but 1st time in Vegas so nothing to compare to. And it was free to stay!
