US TIMESHARE OWNER DESTINATION SURVEY

A recent survey of US timeshare owners indicates that that they wish to visit Florida more than any other state within the next two years for the use of their timeshare. This information has been recently released and published on ARDA's(American Resort Development Association)website and I have quoted the brief article below:

Timeshare owners have the world at their fingertips. With so many destinations to visit, where will timeshare travelers venture next? In the U.S., top destinations timeshare owners want to visit include Florida, California, Hawaii, and Arizona, to name a few!

Source: 2006 U.S. Membership Profile Key Demographics, Psychographics, and Social Preferences, prepared by Simmons for Interval International. Results are based on a survey of 3,500 members with a response rate of 36.7%, representing 1,280 respondents.

Wow! With the exception of the Manhatten Club, the top 25 resort timeshare properties are all coastal. Is this still true?

The Manhattan Club time share and most Disney Vacation Club time shares are on or very near the coast. Manhattan and NYC are on the coast and the Disney or DVC time shares in Orlando aren't far from Daytona Beach or the St Petersburg / Clearwater beaches. SUN IN THE FUN-TIME SHARE STYLE!
