All Concerned,

My husband Richard and I think this is a good idea and we have done this before, but it was our resort that rented-out our unit for us because they are always sold-out during our assigned week. Our resort no longer offers a rental program for their owners because they have just finished an addition(Phase II) and broke ground on Phase III. Obviously, they're renting-out or selling their own units in this new section before they even consider renting-out someone else's' timeshare, so we are seeking an alternative.

So far, Richard and I like what we see here and have scheduled a call for Saturday, so we can both speak with a Representative. Our goal is to cover our annual maintenance fees and we have 2 units for this week-- one we use every year and one we have and hope to rent-out.

Well, we spoke with a Rep on Saturday and the rental marketing program offered here seems to be exactly what we're looking for! I would encourage any timeshare owner wishing to rent-out unused weeks to at least give Timeshare Adventures a listen. They treated both my husband and I very professionally and were very patient with our many questions.

We are confident with their knowledgeable staff and impressed with their website and their diverse advertising placement. Hopefully all goes well and we can continue the relationship we started.
