lovinlife, First your going to need to locate a renter(buyer for the certificates) and doing so on your own can be tricky. Next, assuming the certificates are good for any week based on availability, your going to have to check to see if the time the potential Renter is seeking is availability at the resort. Then, set-up a guest-pass for the renter, confirm the reservation, and collect the rental proceeds from the renter. The renter will typically have to present a credit card for incidentals and such when they check-in, but we recommend a legal rental agreement, which will protect you from damages, incidentals and anything their credit card does not cover.
