Thanks for participating in our forum. This question is very common and answered best by advising any timeshare owner that the most important thing is that the timeshare being sold is priced less than the new ownership's are being sold for at the resort directly.
How much less than the resorts' new price really depends on where and what is being offered. Some timeshare properties can be priced a lot closer to the resorts' new price than other properties and differences in usage, units, weeks, point and a number of other factors can create a variance in price as well.
