Obviously, I looking for the fine details. I read your site, saw all the stuff about selling, renting and how people will buy my timeshare. At least you talk about that I've seen some sites, all they do is talk about selling a timeshare... gotta have them buyers... anyway...

Hawaiian timeshare ownership is very highly requested and the resort you mention, now known as 'Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort' is quite popular and it is a point-based ownership that enables the owner to use the ownership at any Wyndham location and I'm told that with Wyndham ownership that is deeded in Hawaii, an owner get the use of the Outrigger Resorts in the south Pacific Islands, and Australia. Plus, unless your Wyndham ownership is deeded in Hawaii(or you have a very large amount of Wyndham VIP points) it can be a bit difficult to get a reservation there without being put on a waiting list and it's usually the same when exchanging for Hawaii through RCI.

Miss-thing... I like that. Anyway, I did my homework for 2 months before I listed my vacation property with Timeshare Adventures. This company is the only one that accuratley displays their offers and most recent sales for everyone to see (makes me wonder what other companies have to hide). I also put myself in the buyers shoes, I would purchase a timeshare from the company saving me hundreds of dollars in closing fees. Not to mention the fact that a experienced realestate attorney is going to handle the closing once I accept an offer. I believe their commitment to the buyer/seller is clear with the no closing cost program offerd with this company!
