I have been through a really tough time trying to sell my timeshare on my own by placing local ads, craigslist, and the free yahoo classifieds and in 3 years had maybe one or two responses. One was a question the other was a ridiculous offer of $1,200 for a premier timeshare in Orlando. I paid nearly $19K in 2001 and I understand that recouping that amount is an impossibility, but I would think I could do a whole lot better than $1,200....Yes?

I've avoided the advertising companies because of a few warnings, but after exploring the alternatives, I think I may have to give it a try. I'm shopping around now and comparing company to company and it's getting confusing. I refuse to deal with any telemarketer because they have been as "high pressure" as the salespeople at the resort and many times very rude!

Has anyone dealt with this company? I like the site and have called to speak with a Representative, but I am still a bit reluctant. I don't want to hear from another company rep. I'm looking for a satisfied customer and their experience.

I purchased a property from this company before I put my old one on the market, saving me $600 to $800 in out of pocket fees at the end of the sale...which was nice (no closing costs). I believe this companies commitment to the seller is in the no closing costs program!

Millerlt, i recently read that Florida is still the number one destination in the entire world (orlando's theme parks); with 120 different countries that visit florida. Apparentley they over 350 resorts in their state, that should put you way ahead of the game right off the bat!

I rented then purchased the same timeshare I rented here at Timeshare Adventures. Reasonable smooth sales transaction(owner was slow with deed) and extremely simple rental process. I recommend this site. I'm handicapped and was able to find a resort that had accommodations for the disabled(hate that term) and I love the timeshare!
